நீங்கள் அதிகமாக மென்பொருட்களை தரவிறக்கம் செய்வதும், நீக்குவதுமாக இருந்தால் இவ்வாறு ஏற்படும் என நினைக்கிறேன். ஆனால் எக்ஸ்பி இவ்வாறு தானாக போல்டர்களை உருவாக்காது.

என்ன மாதிரியான பைல் Automaticகா create ஆகிறது என்று கூறுங்கள் , autorun.inf அல்லது உங்கள் ஹார்ட்டிஸ்க்கில் உள்ள folder name.exe உருவானால் இது வைரஸ் தாக்குதலால் நடக்கிறது என்று பொருள், நல்ல வைரஸ் எதிர்ப்பு மென்பொருள் கொண்டு , உங்கள் கணினியை சரி செய்யுங்கள்.

நீங்கள் உபயோகிப்பது Windows XP Genuine ஆக இருந்தால் இதை பயன்படுத்தவும். http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

அல்லது pirated copy ஆக இருந்தால் , இதை பயன்படுத்துங்கள்.

இப்ப வர வைரஸ் எல்லாம் , கொசுவத்தி சுருள் மேலேயே கொசு உட்கார்ந்துருக்குற மாதிரி , வைரஸ் ஸ்கானர் இன்ஸ்டால் பண்ணியிருக்குற ஃபோல்டர்லேயே போயி உட்கார்ந்துருக்குது சுவாமி , சிரி

GLARY UTILITIES என்றொரு மென்பொருள். அது உபயோகப்படுத்தி வேண்டாத ஃபைகளை நீக்குங்கள். எனக்கும் இப்பிரச்சினை இருந்தது. இ- செட் ஆண்ட்டிவைரஸ் பயன்படுத்தி சிஸ்டம் க்ளீன் செய்துவிட்டு மேற்கண்ட மென்பொருளால் அவ்வப்போது சுத்தப்படுத்துங்கள்.
