E)lephant is a weird name to be used for a download manager which is able to bypass rapidshare's downloadlimitation.

This is how (E)lephant looks like. Nothing special, just like a download manager.

The only the thing u need to do is configuring the right option for
changing ur dynamic ip which is found in the
options->settings->reconnector

there u can configure the right option tat depends upon ur internet connection.(either
u r using the dialer option or always on option in the router).

ok fine.. if there is any doubt abt this... u can see the forum present inside this tool's integrated browser (support forum)

or else ask me if any doubt abt this tool configuration.




note: If u didnt configure the reconnector option correctly, then u need to wait for time for each and every downloads



configuration settings:

1)simple steps for configuring...for People who is having dialer option:

2)elephant->option->setting->reconnector
there, select built in re-connector

3)reconnection method to Dial-up

4)And then enter ur login details such as ur dial up connection, login
name, password etc and also select the validate ip, persistancy, status
tip,sleep to some value such as 35as shown in the reconnector image
below.

5)Now give the test run and now ur connection will be automatically
disconnected and reconnected till it changes your ip. Finally it ll
show the ip status(eg: ip succesfully changed)


Alternative way or Detailed configuration for people having the always on option(router) :

Before we can start using (E)lephant to automate unlimiteddownloading
from RapidShare, you'll need to configure it. Mostimportant
configuration is the reconnector. That's where it will autoreconnect
your internet connection to get a new IP address.
1. Once downloaded (E)lephant, extract and run (E)lephant.exe
2. Click on Options at the menu bar and select Settings.
3. Go to the Reconnector tab. I am not going toteach you on how to use
the built-in reconnector because it might notwork for everyone. I am
sure that the external connector method willwork for everyone with all
types of connections.
4a. For people that is using MODEM to connect to ADSL.
Open notepad and type in the code shown below and save it as rasdial.bat
%systemroot%\system32\rasdial "streamyx" /disconnect
%systemroot%\system32\ping -n 20 127.0.0.1 >nul
%systemroot%\system32\rasdial "streamyx" "user" "pass"
There is 3 lines. First line will disconnect your currentconnection.
You need to change the "streamyx" to your connection name.To know what
is the connection name, see the title of the dial up.




The second line will ping localhost 20 times which is good to let your modem rest for 20 seconds before reconnecting again.
The third line will auto dial up to your ISP. Again, change
the"streamyx" to your connection name, then "user" to your username
and"pass" to your password.
Once you have the rasdial.bat file ready, try running the batch fileand
see if it will automatically disconnect your internet, wait for
20seconds and then reconnect. If it works, continue to step 5. If
not,check your connection name, username and password.
4b. For people that is using ROUTER to connect to ADSL.
You have to use Macro to record your actions in logging in to
yourrouter, disconnect and reconnect. I recommend using free macro Do
It Again. Download and install Do It Again. Run Do It Again, go to
Options and select Associate with .dia files. Now click the Create a
New Taskbutton. You will need to manually login to your router using a
webbrowser to manually disconnect and reconnect your connection. Press
SCROLL LOCKwhen you're done and save the task with a name such as
"changeip". Totest whether it works or not, go to the programs folder
which is atC:\Program Files\Do It Again\ and run changeip.dia file. It
shouldautomatically open up your web browser, log in to your
router,disconnect and reconnect your connection.
5. Check Use the external reconnector.
6. If you're using modem, click the .... button to look for
yourrasdial.bat file and click Set button. For router users, browse
toC:\Program Files\Do It Again\DoItAgain.exe and at the next box,
enterchangeip.dia (the name that you saved earlier) and click Set.



7. Now go to any sites that has RapidShare links. Use your mouse to highlight the links, right click and select Copy.



8. A small (E)lephant window will popup asking you to add the links. Just click Add button.



9. All links will be added to (E)lephant. The last thing you need todo
here is to click the Start button to start downloading. You willnotice
that it can auto decrypt and enter rapidshare CAPTCHA codes andwill
reconnect your internet whenever it detects that you've havereached the
download-limit for free-users.
In my opinion, software like Cryptload, USDownloader and (E)lephantis
totally legal because it does not hack or exploit Rapidshareservers. It
is only a download manager which has the capability of autorecognizing
CAPTCHA code and also ability to run third party toolsbased on error
message detected in Rapidshare. There is nothing theycan do other than
periodically changing their CAPTCHA images.
